RESERVATIONS


30% of the total amount is required upon booking.
Payment via bank transfer or cash only.
Please refer to bank details below.
Full payment for the booking must be made upon check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash only.

Late check outs: USD 15.00 (THB 500) until 18:00 (subject to availability)
Early check ins: Subject to availability

Airport Transfers: Meet & Greet Airport Pick up to Elysia: USD 15.00 (THB 500) (up to 3 guests)
USD 24.00 (THB 800) (4-8 guests)
Elysia to Airport Transfer: USD 15.00 (THB 500) (up to 3 guests)

CANCELLATION POLICY


15% of the total amount is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future stays.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours (2 days) of arrival will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Please email resort to cancel booking.
*No refunds will be made in case of early checkouts or no shows.
*Credit/Debit card cancellations or refunds will be charged 5% to cover bank surcharges.
